Google doodle celebrates second day of Holidays 2015; Google Maps Santa Tracker to go live soon

To mark the second day of Christmas Holidays 2015, Google has a new paper-crafted doodles wishing everyone ‘Happy Holidays’. The set of doodles have been designed by doodler Robinson Wood.

The doodles are in the form of festive homes inspired by paper cut models. The festive homes are a reminder that Christmas eve is spent with friends and family in the warmth of your home. Once you scroll over the doodle, it will read ‘Tis the Season! On clicking on the doodle, it will take you to various links associated with the theme: ‘Tis the Season!
In addition, Google also adds to the fun by introducing a Santa Tracker. The Santa Tracker page will go live in a few hours and users can also download the Santa Tracker app from theGoogle Play store.

Google allows users to follow Santa’s progress on desktop, mobile (Android, iOS), tablet and Chromecast. The page also lets you engage in educational games that help you focus on learning, connect people with critical uissues via NGO partners, bouncing presents and hiding santa and elves, and more.
The tracker lets you follow Santa and also search him directly on Google Maps and google.com. Google has also arranged exclusive games for today on thegoogle.com/santatracker.
