With this app, Microsoft is aiming at markets facing slow Internet issues. So, it isn’t surprising that the company has chosen India for testing the app.
The company reportedly plans to test the app in India and later roll it out to other markets too. The company also plans to release a Windows Phone app next year.
For now, it is still unclear if the Dialer app will support video calling capability. However, the report does mention supporting video sharing in some format. The app will work on 3G and also slower 2G network.
The new Dialer app is expected to release in the second week of December.
