Microsoft
has started rolling out the new Denim Windows Phone 8.1 update for all the
supported Lumia devices. The update is said to bring improvements in the camera
department and more.
`Microsoft had announced
a new update to its Windows Phone OS in September along with new
smartphones, claiming that it will bring in some interesting features
including major improvements in the camera department. The update was recently
seen rolling out to some devices in China and it seems that the new update has
started rolling out in Europe and India and as well.The new Denim update will be coming to the following devices:

Lumia 525
Lumia 620
Lumia 625
Lumia 630
Lumia 630 Dual SIM
Lumia 720
Lumia 820
Lumia 920
Lumia 925
Lumia 1020
Lumia 1320
Lumia 1520
The update has started rolling out to the Lumia 520 and 525 in India and is expected to soon arrive on other handsets as well.
The Windows Phone 8.1 Denim update will bring the following new features:
-Better and faster Lumia Camera app.
-Faster photo snapping (not available on Lumia 1020, Lumia 920 and Lumia 925).
-Moment Capture feature shooting 4K@24fps videos (sensor-dependent, may be limited to 1080p).
-Rich Capture - Auto HDR and Dynamic Flash.
-Improved image processing for even better photos.
-"Hey Cortana" - voice activation (Lumia 930, Lumia Icon, Lumia 1520).
-Better Glance Screen with Bing Weather, Bing Health & Fitness.
